Where's the (Local Grassfed) Beef?!
Many of you have been patiently waiting for the return of our exclusive specialty - Local Grassfed Beef... and believe us - no one is more sorry that we're temporarily out of grass-fed beef right now...
We're actively working every day toward our next processing of cattle, but the long-term logistics actually keep holding us back a bit...
However, the good news is that this delay is all part of the necessary preparation for some very good big-picture developments, a much larger herd, more ranches, etc. This will ensure a more consistent and regular supply of our grass-fed beef, hot dogs, and allows us to pursue the logistics of offering 'cow-pooling'
Please be patient, this is a huge step that we've been working toward for a long time, and will benefit our customers in the very near future!
