SLOW COOKED PORK SHOULDER

Ingredients:

4+ lb bone in pork shoulder (if using boneless make sure it's at least 3 lbs)

1 cup The Flavor Chef Grass Fed & Grass Finished Beef Bone Broth

Chef Jimmys My Mojo Low Sodium Rub

Harry Dz BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Rub pork shoulder generously with Chef Jimmys Rub
  2. Pour 1 cup of The Flavor Chef Beef Broth in slow cooker
  3. Place Pork shoulder in slow cooker
  4. Pour Harry Dz BBQ Sauce on top of pork shoulder
  5. Cook for 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high
  6. Shred pork with fork, mix with more Harry Dz BBQ sauce and serve
